Come to learn the basics of detox; how and why it works and what is so important about maintaining our detoxification system such as how it can help you lose weight and increase overall energy and health.  The term "detox" has been used with many fad diets and supplements that are often dangerous because they do not support both excretion and elimination.  This class will be valuable for anyone even if you chose not to continue on with the series.

Preparing for change

In this first of our detox series we will be focusing on preparation for a new way of eating and living, making room for full vitality and abundance.  Sarah will be covering the basics of where toxins are hiding and how to reduce our exposure.  We will discuss the support nutrients needed for detoxification processes in your body.


Change in progress

The second classes in the detox workshop will build upon our preparation and help you reach your personal health goals.  Sarah will be introducing the specifics of the detoxification diet that should be continued for 14-21 days.  It will be a whole foods filled diet with plenty of nutrition to keep you going and to support the elimination of toxins from your body.


Manifesting the change

Learn how to make permanent change and move forward with a whole food plan that helps you achieve full vitality and health for the long term.   Learn how to safely and effectively wrap up the detoxification process and get any questions you may have answered before you finish the detoxification process and move towards permanent change.  Sarah will be going over the specific processes that are needed every day for your body to continue to eliminate the toxins we come across daily as well as how to transition out of the detox diet plan.  We will also cover the risks and benefits of fasting, an optional add on at the end of the detoxification process for those that are ready.

Detox Yoga at Snow Creek with Sarah & Nadege

Sarah and Nadege are teaming up to make your detox even more effective!  Starting March 4th we are having Sunday classes for a 3 week series of yoga and detox (last class will be March 25th).  Sarah will provide the same lectures as above and Nadege will guide us through a flow yoga practice designed to remove impurities and toxins from our bodies through a strong core sequence, compressive poses, twists and back bends.  Decompressive poses will bring oxygen to the body, easy inversions stimulate blood and lymphatic flow.  The goal of this practice is also to let go of emotional blockage and tension which create imbalances in our physical body.  Price includes a series of three 4-hour classes, a binder full of specific handouts to help guide you on your journey to optimal health as well as a 20% discount on products and services from Sarah to help support your individual process.  Sign up will be through Snow Creek Yoga.  Link coming soon!  If you have our mind body site loaded already you may need to sign out so you can sign into Snow Creek Yoga's MindBody site, we are sorry for any inconvenience.
