3 one to one and a half hour lectures (weekly) to help you fully restructure your eating habits.  This series is a wonderful follow up to the detox series but will also be very useful on it's own.  Sarah has attended some extensive courses this year through the Institute of Functional Medicine and is bursting with valuable information to share so you can find true wellness!  We will be sharing recipes, supporting each other & finding ways to make eating right simple, fun & yummy!  Personal functional dietary evaluations and acupuncture can also be very helpful when designing a new eating plan so services will be 20% off durring your nutrion transformation.

Some more details about the the detox plan for your information:

The detox will involve the use of many tasty whole foods.  We will help you make it simple for real daily life so that the detox can become a catalyst for a new way of eating and living.  Our goal is to restructure your eating habits by replacing them with good ones.  

The detox diet is designed to eliminate cravings and help you feel what is right for your body.  It is also a good way to find out what foods you are sensitive too. Eliminating these foods and re-introducing them will help you feel how foods affect your body making it easy for you to make the right choices now and in the future.  

We encourage short daily qi gong or yoga practices to assist detoxification and for long term digestive health.  We will be offering some variations to the detox to make it appropriate for everyone.  Fasting is discouraged in most cases as it has limited benefit and is dangerous prior to detoxification with food that support phase 1 and 2 of detoxification (the mobilization and elimination of toxins).
