Please Fill out your patient forms and an intake for each visit prior to your arrival or come early as you will be asked to complete this upon arrival if not done. Forms are found in your portal at OptiMantra.com.

What to expect on your first acupuncture treatment

Your treatment will consist of an interview and an examination, including an examination of your tongue and pulse. If you normally brush or scrape your tongue, it is important that you do not do this on the day of your appointment so that Sarah can properly diagnose your condition.

You may be sent an intake form prior to your arrival online when you book. If it is not possible to fill out your forms online in advance, please come fifteen minutes early for your appointment on your first visit to allow time for paperwork. If you are not interested in needles, there are other ways than traditional acupuncture to get similar results and to treat the channel system without the use of needles.
